El Universo es tuyo! (The Universe is Yours!) is an education and outreach program aiming to engage the Hispanic community in and around Madison in learning about research and STEM careers in astronomy and astrophysics. During the middle school afterschool program, we will share the excitement and challenges in exploring the universe.
Led by the Wisconsin IceCube Particle Astrophysics Center and UW Space Place, both at UW–Madison, the project partners locally with Centro Hispano and internationally with the IceCube Neutrino Observatory in Antarctica and the High-Altitude Water Cherenkov (HAWC) Observatory in Mexico.
