The sky just gets brighter and brighter along the horizon.  And although auroras are exciting, the dawn sky with its changing colors holds its own special appeal. Last week, after a stretch of bad weather, the winterovers were able to get outside to take some photos, help with a weather balloon launch, and perform other outdoor chores.
