Last week the weather was a bit mixed, and the winterovers had their lunar eclipse viewing marred by blowing snow.  Regardless, they still got together outdoors for a group photo.  Earlier in the week, the weather and skies were clear, which benefited the weekly Technical Rescue training, where they learned to “self-arrest” or stop oneself when sliding down a steep slope.  Definitely a handy skill in certain situations.  Recreation during the week leaned toward the old-fashioned type, with a regular old LAN party.
