Moon halo at South Pole

Station life was quiet last week.  Uneventful days are great for keeping those leisure activities moving, like finishing a large jigsaw puzzle.  Or just pondering life while surrounded by computer monitors.  Outside, the auroras kept themselves a bit quiet, too.  Instead, folks who were there at the right moment were treated to a nice moon halo on display.
